Yes, it expires if accommodations are not booked 2 years from the day you activate
your account.
2. Can I call someone to help me book my accommodations?
You must complete the reservation online However, you can email us for technical support or any other enquiries if needed. Please refer to the Contact Us section for details.
3. What accommodations can I typically get using Astoria Vacations?
All accommodations are for 7-night stays with a fixed check-in day and range in size from studios to 2+ bedrooms. Many offer living rooms, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Resort locations are worldwide and based on availability.
4. How can I find out more about sleeping accommodations and the maximum guests allowed
in the unit?
While browsing through the resorts click the “LEARN MORE” tab and then click the “ADDITIONAL INFO” tab to find out important accommodation information, nearby attractions and directions.
5. How often is resort availability updated on the website?
Availability is updated multiple times a day.
6. How far in advance can I search for an accommodation?
Please refer to the “Learn More” section of your specific Resort Vacation Benefit to learn how far in advance you can search for an accommodation.
7. Can I stay less than 7 nights?
Yes, you can stay less than 7 nights. However, you will not receive a refund for any remaining nights on your reservation (same applies for upgraded reservations). If you plan on arriving after the scheduled check-in date, you should contact the resort directly and advise them of your late arrival. IMPORTANT: You cannot arrive before the check-in date.
8. What if my Astoria Vacations benefits are about to expire and I cannot find the
resort I want?
We recommend finding another resort accommodation as Astoria Vacations cannot be extended. TIP: Start searching as early as possible.
9. I’ve booked my accommodation via Astoria Vacations and cannot go anymore. Can I change my reservation?
All confirmations on Astoria Vacations are final and non-refundable. No changes may be made after confirmation.
10. Can I call the resort to make a room change?
No. Resorts assign rooms on the day of arrival.
